Received this yesterday from Eric Beheim and I thought it odd that he would remember such things and even odder that he got the date wrong.
On my way to bed last night I mentioned it to my wife (I go to bed early, she stays up all night watching scary movies) and she laughed saying he was right!
The dreaded day had finally come! I had forgotten our Anniversary!
Actually I got it confused with her Birthday which was Sept. 30th.
What a day!....that after having been humiliated so badly by the Powerhouse Buccaneers!

Happy Anniversary and wishing you both many more to come!!! And Buckles, You`re no alone in getting dates mixed up. Last year I gave my wife a birthday present on what I thought was the right day. When I gave it to her she asked me why it was a day early. Her birthday is May 18 and I gave it on the 17th which was my late sister`s birthday, got them confussed. Anyway, I told her that I just couldn`t wait any longer to give it to her and I got away with it!!!
No worries you'll pay for it pal
Many happy years to remember it
Tiki & I are headed to San Juan
tomorrow to celebrate our 31st
a little late (from the 2nd)
Actually, I have a list of all important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) which I write onto my office calendar at the beginning of each year. That's how I knew that December 14th was Barbara's and Buckles' wedding anniversary.
Remember the old Chinese proverb:
DULLEST PENCIL BETTER THAN SHARPEST MEMORY
may there be many more yet to come. Sandy and I just marked 50 years.
