In regard to yesterday's Blog I came across this picture of my debut performing in the sawdust ring sixty years ago.
Freddy and Ora Jo at right, mounting up for Spec while I led with "Margaret" carrying a show girl, quickly learning that the elephant business has it's perks.

to both the theater & the circus
It certainly was a factor in my
choice of vocation (& still is)
