1962 RBBB #1 (From Eric Beheim)

The first time I saw the indoor Ringling-Barnum Circus was in Cleveland in 1962 when I was 16. The Circus was appearing in the old Cleveland Arena and, despite the fact that it was a “school night,” I was allowed to attend an evening performance in the middle of the week. I had recently purchased one of Merle Evans’ record albums and had hopes of getting him to autograph it for me. (When I bought my ticket, I requested a seat as close to the bandstand as possible.)
