These are the combined herds from the 1940 Hamid-Morton & Clyde Beatty Circus.
At left are "Mary", "Sidney" and "Anna May" that Mr. Beatty had received in lieu of back salary from the Cole Show and at right "Della", "Junie", "Frieda" and "Alice" from Wallace Bros. with my father standing at right.
