A nice set of pictures taken by David Orr in Pittsfield, Mass. July 11, 1973 showing the new marquee recently built in Sarasota.
This was our second year with the show, Ben and "Anna May" had been there the year before but were booked with Vargas this season.
So I sent my wife and Dalilah over there with "Toto" while I remained in Baraboo with "George", "Peggy" and "Mack".
Oddly enough I never even saw this show until 1974.
Also included are Mr. Orr's comments.

Something is wrong here. The BAC was only founded in 1977.

I 1st saw BAC in the late 70s in
a rather smaller top that played
on the empty lot that had been
the site of the "old" 3rd MSG
I was visiting Ron Morris who
had the concessions back then
That year's schedule Buckles was
certainly a whole new version of
a "split season" but you didn't
mention where Shannon went
