These wagons were much lighter

& far easier to maneuver around

They were used through the 70s

This logo from the early 70s was

mentioned here some time ago &

each of the 4 characters were

named "Ring & "Ling" (& 2 more)

Some outside agency came up with

it perhaps it might have been

the Texas outfit Suzannah Smith

came from (or maybe not)

I believe the fewest cars they

ever had on the train was in 64

or 65 at 17 or so & 25 by 1969

In 80 there might have been 40

on each train & now both trains

have about 59 or 60 & storage

track near each location becomes

more problematic all the time

There was a recent story in the

local papers about a long term

lease Feld just signed with the

Port Of Manatee for track use
