Is that #36 a rubber wagon
Chic, According to some notes I took that year #36 is rubber and I believe they had ring curb on top. Notice the tandum wheels on the back of the wago to support the load of the heay rubber matting.

there are 3 wheels on each side
In my good ol days there were 3
wheels on all 4 corners which was
a little tough on tight turns as
there was some skidding on the
turning front axle's wheels
Evidently getting old and repeating myself.
