1944 Chicago Program #5

Surprisingly, the Chicago program only had 5 pages of paid commercial advertising, including full-page ads that ran on the inside covers and on the back cover. (The Chicago Park Board could have made even more money from this engagement by using its political clout to fill its program with a seemingly endless number of pages of local advertising like the Shrine circuses used to do.)
