Tom Tyler was on Barnett Bros. one season, this is an RKO publicity picture from the 1936 movie "Powder Smoke Range" that included Harry Carey, Guinn "Big Boy" Williams and Bob Steele.
He was also the Confederate Officer urging the evacuees during the burning of Atlanta in "Gone With The Wind", the outlaw in the final shootout with John Wayne in "Stagecoach" and delivered that great line, to Claudette Colbert "There's no one alive behind me.....!" as the last stragglers returned to the fort in "Drums Along The Mohawk".
I only wish my mother hadn't added the lipstick.

Buckles,
Don't fuss at Babe as that is the way they colored photos back then and it emphasized his features.
She did a great job on it and takes lots of time and skill to do what she did.
Tom Tyler was always the arch evil villain in many a great old film.
Harry in Texas
Maybe he got it after a good kiss from a starlet.
Remember the old days of women's lipstick when you had to wipe your lips clean after a good passionate kiss and then later you showed your buddies the evidence of your great date?
