This was hat "Major" wore while riding his tricycle.
Gary would send him off from stage left while the cat arena was being disassembled and "Major" would travel unaccompanied until I received him off stage right.
Had a nice effect.

Buckles, any photos of him riding the tricycle? Only saw this trick performed once on Krone in 1969, I believe. When have you seen this trick presented and by whom and about when? Thanks much!

Ryan: I believe you are right, when Nic was a punk, but he has not been performing for some time to my knowledge.
Got a request from some outfit in Australia wanting my permission to use two of my photos of Nic in a book (NOT pro circus animals from what I have learned) they're coming out with.
I told them NO.
