Actually, this was taken in 1969.
I apply for a little clarification. I was on Miller-Johnson in '69, and we didn't have Oscar's herd. But our Jungleland acts went out for generally abbreviated tours with the Charlies Germaine and Allen. We might go out for 10 days, or 3 weeks, and come home. Other parts of his rather staggered season may have well included acts not with us for our dates. I never worked a show with Oscar Cristiani, but wish I had--I wanted to study that iron ball his elephant rolled.
