Is that the same water tank that is part of the early scenes of the movie GSOE?
The action has Heston passing an elephant, handler and water tank and makes some remark about how to take care of the elephant's minor ailment.
He told Robert Wilds to give her gin and ginger, and make sure the elephant got the gin.
