More On The Smahas! #4

The Smahas put in a season with us on the Polack Show and I found them to be splendid people. Unfortunately young Tony developed eye problems that required a serious operation so they had to leave the show for a couple of weeks. So Louie brought in Albert Ostermier who turned out to be a real jerk, complained about everything and even left early. Odd, because previously on the show Albert had been drafted into Army and Louie kept the act, paid Jack Joyce to work it and deposited Ostermier's complete salary into his Bank Account until he returned, an amount that bought him his ranch in California. Which caused Louie to state, "I'll never hire that guy again!......unless I absolutely need him!"
