Mack MacDonald #1

Pictured in the center, an imposing Mack MacDonald with RBBB in the 1930's.
I was very fortunate early in my career to spend considerable time around Mack, Hugo Schmitt and of course my father.
Managing to absorb things from all three that worked for me.

Mack's got 'em lookin' mighty sharp. When was the last time an Elephant Department looked like this--in or out of the ring?

How great to come home from work, check out one of my favorite blogs and find all these wonderful photos of Aunt Peggy & Uncle Mack. Some of the photos the family has & some I have never seen before.
I guess you know that Mack jumped Ringling because he found out that he was going to be red lighted. He was in favor of the union.
Also, I have a tape of the liberty drill that a circus fan took many years, its not very clear but still you can see the act.
Thanks, Buckles
