In the Army Now! #4

Ida Orton was the widow of of Criley Orton the oldest member of my mother's generation of Ortons. He died relatively young while showing one of his kids how to do a handstand, broke a blood vessel in his neck or some such and leaving his widow with six or seven children which she raised alone with incredible success, all having outstanding careers.  Ida was a very tall lady everybody called "Big 6", her number on the ladies High School basketball team.
