I was there and believe me we were not even bremotely a threat to Disney. Are you kidding me? Our problem was we were trying to copy Disney rather than being the real circus. "Circus day THEATRE says it all". As an excecutive I was privy to the daily printout from all the parcks and we did one tenth of daily ticket sales , so if Dis. got 65000 we go 6500. Busch Gardens would get 40 %. This held true day after day;.But the idiots staffed it like Disney. To geyt a pitchfork had to be a requisition to be read by assistants and then finally signed off by the VP of that dept. There were a daily shift of some 7 or 8 security people sittingt on their asses with walky talkies. while the help robbed the joint. johnny
