And James who earlier in career did his Christopher James low wire act with back smslts thru a hoop and forward.He learned the act from the great Hubert Castle and would perform at Monte Carlo. Pretty good from a family of Rep show and circus folks.

There was a twist to this story. When James began, Hubert Castle gave him his rigging. James certainly put in the practice time, and developed a first class act. Then, when Corky accepted a season on another show, and told Castle they would not return for the next season, Hubert demanded his rigging back.
