Clown alley immortal Frankie Saluto. Quite a guy.

Good Heavens, Frankie must have been on RBB for most of 40 years. I never heard of him being on another show.

This information came from a reliable source, but I cannot guarantee the facts.
Pat Valdo found Frankie in North Boston which was and is the Italian section of Boston.
Apparently Frankie was an outcast because of his size and found a home at the circus.
Jackie - can you add anything to this?

In the other photo of Frankie with the rabbit is the only time I've seen him with a wig -look closely. This does not include wigs that were part of the show's production wardrobe.

Prince Paul Alpert was from the Boston area; many may recall his Boston accent. Perhaps he was part Kennedy.

Frankie Saluto stories are legion, he remains in memory as one of the feistiest people in the history of TGSOE.
