& of major financial support
I might add that today we receive a regular stipend from an investment made thru Mr. Slifka's Investment Firm.
Would that be considered a hedge
fund by any chance

John, Mr. Fish Lepiarz, still has a full head of hair and actually has been in our 4th of July Parade for a number of years.
Chic: The late Alan Slifka is founding Chairman Emeritus of the BAC. The BAC winter quarters in Walden, NY is named The Big Apple Circus Slifka Family Center in honor of Alan and Family who paid for it.
I believe Alan's firm is Halcyon Investments. Years ago Diane and I were given a grand tour of the offices by Alan's secretary (I think he was in China at the time). There were Strowbridges on just about every wall. It was a genuine thrill and every staff member that we met was just wonderful.
