Leo was a painter by profession but loved animals and performing. He was out of Belle Plain, Minnesota and we knew him well. He had a "pick out dog" that would bark out the numer shown. He did a fair slack wire act and had ponies. A nice fellow.

He goes by his real name- Albrecht- and has published a book on his circus days: Tales of a Small Town Circus Legend.
