When Graham Thomas Chipperfield came to the USA his elephants had a similar lattice head pieces. I have seen several shows with lattice head pieces. Perhaps this is a Chipperfield?
I noticed that the grooms for Graham would climb to the back of their elephants by ladder to clean them off with a broom.
Buckles, is my memory correct? My mind is a little fuzzy since the "40 Thieves Banquet" has been postponed.
I once saw one of Gunther's elephants being swept off by a guy standing on her back and I said, "Isn't there an easier way to do that?" and he said, "I suppose so but she isn't trained to lay down!"
