Many many years ago when Emelian

Buglione was threatened with a

lawsuit to stop using the name

of Buffalo Bill Cody he went to

a magistrates court in Paris &

had his name legally changed

Jean Charles used this same

legal device when threatened by

the Edgar Rice Burroughs estate

Joe Walch [former Court man-trainer] trained a very good mixed wild animal act at the Benson wild animal farm and someway used that Court arena. Benson sold the act to Si Ruebens Rogers Bros. Circus. Joe Horwath would present it there and when Rogers folded the act was sold to Gil Grey. After Joe left and Lou Regan was there Gil Built a nice aluminum arena and sold this Court arena to Mills Bros. where Zerbinis worked in it.johnny
