1907 Bostock-Ferrari Show #1

These last pictures from Myron W. Organ to my father and written on then back:

"Wilmington Ohio Street Fair and Parade
Wilmington, Ohio week of July 25, 1907"

Also a notation that the living wagon remained at Benson's Animal farm for many years.

Myron W Organ lived in Ohio and was CHS # 200, a fairly early member.

My great-grandfather, W.H. "Dad" Whitlark, was with the Bostock Carnival Company for 6 weeks from Sep-Nov 1899. Later, he was with the Ferari Bros Carnival for 5 weeks from May to June 1904.

The living wagon from Benson's is NOT from this show. Benson as a youth worked on the English Bostock show and bought two wagons at the English auction of the show when it finally closed in the 1920s. Both are in Baraboo and I think the living wagon is one of the most significant in their entire collection. It is the only artifact to interpret life on an overland wagon show.
