I've seen a loading list that called this the barrel wagon.

Mr. Herriott will surely enlighten us as to how it was used but I understand horses lept through it.

Was it on the track, used in a ring? It doesn't look large enough for a horse and rider.

This is very interesting.I note that this is the year Tom mIX WAS WITH the show
. This is the famed wagon as the main prop in the "Brewery Act" A unique liberty horse act. We note that on Tom Mix Circus [later years] that he owned the act and presented it in person most of the time. It was said that it was trained by the great American horsetrainer, Johnny Agee, long time years spent with Mix and the Gene Autry. However I swaw an article that this act came from Europe. We do n0ote that Agee actually owned the act at some time because it was later a feature with the route of fairs show produced by Agee and famed RBBB lawyer John M. Kelly, known as "Fun on the farm" featuringt the Green Bull from Old Vermont, that only ate "Shamrocks from the Emerald Isle. [PR spin from those days]. Kelly and Agee were old pals from their Baraboo days with Ranglin Bros. Great history. Agee was the first RB equestrian Director following AL Ringling and well liked by AL. He was a Pall bearer at Als funeral. So we note that Mix and the Brewery act go way back. very interesting to be sure. During these Floto Show days Agee was Eq. DRTR. on RB. Fred Bradna would replace him when RBBB combined.

Since this is a Brewery act so please explain how this horse act works in the ring, what the horses do with these large barrels.
