Circus World #1 (From Eric Beheim)

2014 will mark the 50th anniversary of the premier of CIRCUS WORLD (the movie, not the Florida theme park.) CIRCUS WORLD opened as a road show attraction that played in Cinerama theaters on a reserved seat basis. (It even had its own souvenir program, which was sold in theater lobbies.) Some of its newspaper ads included the accordion fold Cinerama logo, even though CIRCUS WORLD was filmed and shown in the single lens Ultra-Panavision 70 format.
