50 YEARS AGO!



It was just prior to this engagement that Barbara and I were shopping at a local Mall when suddenly the news flashed across a bank of TV sets that John Kennedy had been shot in nearby Dallas.

At the time of the shooting, the Ringling show was appearing in the Cleveland Arena on its last stand of the 1963 season.
