This is a Akeley 35mm hand crank movie camera with a 200 foot quick change film magazine.
This is one of the best news reel and nature cameras ever.
No threading the film in the camera and just put in a new magazine and you were in business.
Also had a gyro tripod head for smooth panning and tilting.
