I MARRIED ADVENTURE closes with a moving tribute to Martin Johnson. Throughout the 1940s and early 1950s, Osa continued to write books, produce films, and serve as technical advisor for such African-themed Hollywood films as STANLEY AND LIVINGSTON. In 1953, she produced television’s first wildlife series OSA JOHNSON’S BIG GAME HUNT, which drew heavily upon the Johnsons’ extensive library of wild animal footage. She passed away in New York City in 1953.
