"Hugo" #2

The "Zoo" never happened and one day at the Park, Chappie came to me explaining that the Zoo Directors wanted to get the elephants off their hands. So "Hugo" was delivered from the Jacksonville Zoo on July 1, 1974 and awaiting him is his previous handler from the Texas Park, Blog contributor Gary Hill.
