"Hugo" #12



My wife came up with this idea for "The Day The Circus Came To Town" Spec.
Can't remember why we decided to use "Hugo" but he worked out fine.
We cobbled together a discarded ride howdah and a few rags from Peggy Day.

This was 1 of the old square pattern

mesh arenas with some nasty broken

strands that I'm sure Gary recalls

Even with some crude patches it was

a bear (pardon the expression) to

pack into the ring curb

Blue Show props crew were happy to

see it replaced with the new style
