The animal's name was Doutschka. As described in Court's book, after some 2 years of tedious training, he was at long last able to actually pick her up to carry her. In one performance, I believe in the Garden, she was on her way to her seat, when a tiger killed her with one swing of a paw.
There is a lot of info on that snow leopard in Court's book which I read many moons ago.
Also, wasn't Wilson Storey Court's uncle? Seems I remember that.
The pics of Keller brought back memories. I remember him at the Fair in Allentown. I went to pet a baby leopard and got scratched.
Yeah Terrell doing a skin the cat. Maybe that was the idea as that is what it was called. Terrell was a nice guy and liked by the fans. I remember him as a kid on Strates.

Thanks Roger now I recall Renee
telling me that years ago
Willie (Wilson) was another of the
true gentlemen of the business
He was always a man of honor
High in the mountains where snow leopards live, that furry tail comes in handy to keep the animal warm.
Willie Story was also Mr. Court's manager
