Actor Henry Wilcoxon’s attention is so focused on the cheetah that he is apparently unaware of the half-grown lion cub behind him. |

Henry Wilcoxon had starred in DeMille’s THE CRUSADES in 1935. Over the years, he had small roles in many of DeMille’s films including his last film THE TEN COMMANDMENTS in 1956.
Wilcoxon was smart. He was DeMille's "Associate Producer" here, and on a number of others. Acting was fun for him, but the bread is also buttered behind the camera. In this one, he's the FBI agent Gregory, looking for "someone" who euthanized his dying wife.
I don't know the men with the cheetah, but my money is on Mel Koontz for swaddling that sub-adult lion.
We see Buttons on the lam with his suitcase, as Holly chases after him, having figured out he's probably a doctor behind that nose. Is it he Wilcoxon seeks? Our Angel heads off to return with Minyak, the heroine of the wreck who saves Brad. All these storylines in one incredible shot.
