The Clyde Beatty Radio Show - 52 episodes, aired three times weekly over the Mutual Network, sponsored by
Kellogg's. It's popularity had it return for a second complete run of all episodes.
Clyde Beatty was played by Vic Perrin.

The radio show was my first introduction to Clyde Beatty. (He and Hopalong Cassidy were my first two childhood heroes!) Although he appeared in Cleveland many times while I was growing up, I didn't get to see him perform in person until February 1962 when he was the featured act on that year's edition of the Grotto Circus. Thanks, Roger, for this truly spectacular tribute.
