Capt. William Heyer, high school horse with his most famous horse, not in the photo, "Starles Night". His wife was Russian I believe and her name escapes me. I understand that after her husband passed away, she went to live in Las Vegas and I belive had a gift shop. She was a very vibrante one. He rode Starless Night in the GSOE in the down town parade sequence. They had a ranch on Oriente, now Beneva right next to the winer quarters. Very well liked people.
