The lettering, especially on the banner at L, and the portraiture is superior to most banner work. Kudos to the artist.

The names Millard & Bulsterbaum of

Coney Island are shown on the bottom

right corner of the left banner

Perhaps Jim Zajicek might know about

them & their work (or Ward Hall)
