Since this is a British reward poster, the weights of the suspects are given in stone rather than pounds. One stone equals 14 pounds so the Cobra weighs 182 pounds and Shanghai Lil weighs 112 pounds.
Odd to me that their weights are in stones, but their heights are given in the American feet and inches--is this standard for the Brits?
Generally feet & inches although do not forget we had them first!!
It is not a decent "Brit" 'wanted' note anyway as we spell 'color' the proper way - colour - retaining the 'u' in it.

Brings to mind the story of the American Airman shot down over the English Channel and awakening in the Hospital asks the nurse, "Did you bring me here to die?"
