To Ryan Easley #2


Kelly-Miller winter quarters winter of 1949-50.
My Dad brought in Fred Logan to be his assistant and Alonzo Dever to handle the elephants going to the new show the Millers were framing with Herb Walters. Logan came from Biller Bros. Circus where he had been on concessions.

Fred Logan's history includes some important time around Terrell Jacobs. I understood that from this association, he was sufficiently broken in to work lion acts for the Hugo shows. I ask for someone to give us a clear bio for Freddie, so we get a better time-line of his career. I knew him for a relatively short time, during Beatty-Cole's 1980 Winter Tour and the full 1981 season.
