Pippin #1 (From Chic Silber)

This production has a circus theme at its core & I'm proud to be involved
Everything has its season... and this season, PIPPIN returns to Broadway
for the first time since it first thrilled audiences 40 years ago!
With a beloved score by STEPHEN SCHWARTZ (GODSPELL & WICKED)
that includes the favorites "Magic to Do," "Glory" and "Corner of the Sky".
PIPPIN tells the story of a young prince on a journey to find meaning in his existence.
Will he choose a happy but simple life?
Or will he risk everything for a singular flash of glory?
This captivating production features sizzling choreography in the style of BOB FOSSE
and breathtaking acrobatics by LES 7 DOIGTS DE LA MAIN.

Just had a late dinner with Bello

Nock who is performing at "The New

Victory Theater" on 42nd street

Due to our schedules we weren't able

to see each other's shows (pity)

Our 2nd preview tonight was still

a thrill to the enthusiastic crowd

but it had a few 2nd night glitches

The 4th element in a quick change

costume only came partially off &

embarrassed our featured lead dancer

The lovely Charlotte D'Amboise did

the rest of her routine as if it

hadn't happened (a real trouper)

The few other items weren't noticed

by the majority of the audience
