"Lizzie" #7


Seen here in her final years with the Ringling Show, cooling off with water from the clowns water buckets.
Unfortunately she was included with the 11 elephants lost in the Atlanta poisoning.

Could someone refresh my memory on what happened in Atlanta to the elephants? How did they get poisoned? Was it an accident or intentional?

I believe it was finally determined that a highly toxic weed killer had been sprayed along side the trackage where the elephants were unloaded.
