This looks like it might be a set

on the back lot of a movie studio

How old were you when your folks

left Lancaster for Arkansas

Somehow I missed yesterday!!! But what a great wealth of history and interest here the yound lady brought out of you! Now as to those stories she wanted: ask her if she is interested in writing a couple out. Then sit down and record a few, suitable for a 7th grader to hear (!) and send them to her!

Cirbly,

I would love any stories (suitable to a 12 year old!!).

That would be absolutely fantastic if someone would make an audio recording of some stories. I can sure use them on my website for National History Day! - Lauren

I showed this picture to my grandpa, Jerry Kramer, to find out where this was taken. It looks like the corner of the square where the old theater was...But you can see the steeple to what we believe to be the Christian church in the background? My grandpa is trying to remember if the water tower was moved... Any ideas?
Thanks,
Lauren

I might add that the mid-wife who helped deliver me was named Amy Mayes.
