Ringling Barnum Mixed Animals and Terrell Jacobs (1939) In 1939 the Strobridge Litho Company executed a few new designs for Ringling-Barnum. Among them was this poster which promoted Terrell Jacobs and his "Fifty Ferocious Jungle-Bred Lions, Tigers, Panthers and Leopards". Incidentally, this same poster was used in 1940 with Alfred Court's name crosslined over that of Jacobs. |
