Baby Robert, Brookfield zoo. He was shipped to RBBB in time to join the show during its stand in Washington, DC in 1945.

On the show that year he was called “Bobby of Brookfield,” and publicized as the 2nd rhino ever born in USA which he was. He later became simply “Bobby.” George Speidel of the Brookfield zoo took him to join RBBB riding with him in a baggage car attached to a Baltimore and Ohio passenger train from Chicago to Washington.
