From Larry Kellogg

Buckles,
Here’s a photo of Lou Jacobs, Charlie Bell and Earl Shipley taken on the grounds of the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art in July 1964 during reunion of circus employees. This was the first get-together of the group which became known as Showfolks of Sarasota. I was working at the St. Petersburg Times and because the editor was aware of my love of the circus, he assigned me to do a story for the Times Sunday Magazine. The photo was taken by Times photographer Al Satterwhite.
