More Anna May #2


D.R. wanted 5 rings of elephant-pony numbers.
"Anna May", Fred Logan, "Punkin" and Harry Rooks in practice.
She was always suspicious of hoofed stock, as seen in this picture and absolutely terrified of camels.

I remember Ben would terrorize Anna May by making her hold the reins to Turk, the Wonder Horse....she would extend her trunk as far as she could to hold the reins..

Harry Rooks was typical of the guys Dorey had around the show- capable of good training and loyal to the show. With it and for it.
