Buckles,
I have a picture of Bones in the mid-1980s near Chicago with three elephants - Sahib, Judy and Popsicle. Can you tell us anything about the third?

We were playing a town with the Hanneford Show where a friend was working at the local zoo.
He told me they had an elephant they were trying to give away. He added that her name was "Popsicle" but she wasn't very sweet.
On the way out of town I pulled into the zoo and he brought out about the ugliest elephant I ever saw, I wanted to call the whole thing off but but they were so happy to see her go I didn't want to spoil their day.
As we were pulling out he yelled, "By the way, all the time she's been here she's never laid down."
He was right, she never laid down.
First thing I did was change her name to "Dutch".
I had her about three years then one summer at Catskill Game Farm she stopped eating so I called their Vet who advised me to have her put down and he did.
I had forgotten I loaned her to Bones for a while, it helped him with some contractual problem he had.
