The parade shot is Downie Bros. on August 14, 1931 (not 1927), in Englewood, NJ. It is by the famous circus photographer Ed Kelty. This must be a copy as the identifying information on an original print appears in the lower left of the 12" x 20" print.

If you blow this primt up you can see the people watching the parade looking up at Kelty. The original is very clear and as Dick said has the Kelty name on it.
