Hi all...Just to advise...We sold our Rockford house yesterday and plan to buy in Sarasota in the next four weeks. This is something we have been trying to do for some time but the real estate market here was, and is tough. We feel grateful to have found a buyer for our home at a realistic price and look forward to a more receptive and friendly market in which we are the buyers.
