More on Moore #2

In relation to the Elephant Tableau in Chic's pictures, this is the finished product as seen in the Milwaukee Parade.
I think these would be two former Vidbel elephants.

I was told that the Vidbel Elephants were once named, "The Flower Power Elephants": Daisy, Daffodil and Dandelion.
Isn't the current RBBB "Asia" one of the Vidbel elephants?

You are correct, Mr. Naughton. The other two left the Ringling program in 1999 - Dandelion (now Dame I believe) to Charlie Gray's and the infamous Reba (Daffodil) to the Phoenix Zoo's crazy house.

Phoenix also houses another former Ringling elephant, Sheena. Ringling acquired her from Busch Gardens in 1989 and she was transferred to Arizona in 2000. Does anyone know if she performed on the road or was she kept at home for those years?

Okay, Mr. Easley, is this Reba the same on that was on Canada's Garden Bros. Circus a long time ago?

I believe so, while she was part of the Bobby Moore elephants.

OK - then your confirmation straightens out the lineage and the a/k/a (also known as).

I had no idea that Daffodil was "the" Reba from Canada. Information like this is the reason that I rarely miss a day of checking in with Buckles.
