This was our premier in Providence

The net was for Elvin's cannon &

that's Elvin's "big bertha" wheel

The ring carpet was heavy velour

with the show logo sewn to it

The black velour enclosure was

the projection booth & the 2

purple control system units are

off on the upper left floor

We created entirely new lighting

fixtures for this show that had

a special version of a 1K quartz

lamp made just for us by Sylvania

All of the gold scrollwork & ring

curb surround was molded of clear

polycarbonate material then back

sprayed with micro gold glitter

It was all hand wired with multi

pattern chase lights in 5 circuits

We carved all the patterns full

size for the vacuform machine

including the 10 ft Gold Clowns

Funny this set design really predates the current RBBB configuration by almost 30 years..and looks better and was likely better made too! Really when RB debuted their 'new' show design back in 2007 alot of people thought it was so innovative (With the screen in the middle, ect.) but as we see here that same idea had been done years before...very interesting thanks for sharing!

More interesting to me is the fact that to prove their name power they didn't attach themselves to "Ringling Bros." but instead opted to go it alone, "under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Rainer III" and Monte Carlo. That will show folk's we are a power to be reckoned with. Took real courage.......
