From Buckles

During our stay at Medinah Temple I would go doen to the Zoo and check out the old gentleman.
I was tempted to jump over the railing and straighten him out but never got around to it.
Cliff Jones gave me a chunk of his ivory which they would sometimes find when they cleaned up. I still have it.

"I was tempted to jump over the railing and straighten him out but never got around to it....." :) Then probably realized there would be a cheeky wallop fetched on the back end of that deal, and they would find a chunk of his ivory someplace else.

FYI, I saw this same picture on a Russian history web site and it was captioned "Nikolai Yezhov, head of the NDKV Secret Police was flown in from the Vorkuta Gulag to jump over the railing and straighten out Brookfield Zoo's Ziggy."
